SARAJEVO (AA) - The organizers of the European Olympic Winter Youth Festival (EYOF) 2019 in Sarajevo and East Sarajevo today presented the opening ceremony which will be held on February 10 at the Olympic Stadium "Asim Ferhatovic Hase - Kosevo" at 7 p.m.

The name of the ceremony is "We create tnogether", which was chosen as the text of the main music and dance performance, reports Anadolu Agency (AA).

The event will describe the most hidden parts of BiH. It will talk about the values ​​of BiH, going deep into the essence of natural wealth, diversity of landscapes and the importance of the people who live in it.

"A team of people with joint efforts and energy creates a lot of quality processes in the city of Sarajevo. I promise that in the years ahead we will really create and create positive things together", said Abdulah Skaka, Mayor of Sarajevo and added:

"This project is very important for Sarajevo from several aspects. The one that is very important for us is the promotion of sports and sports values, new generations, young people, who will probably be our future BIH european and world champions in various disciplines. I really believe and want something like that to happen. It is very important politically, because we are implementing it together, two cities, Sarajevo and East Sarajevo. In this way, we want to show that we are capable, that we can, to know, to have energy, to jointly implement projects and reawaken the Olympic spirit in Sarajevo."

He added that he, unfortunately, does not remember the good times and the 1984 Olympics, but he wants and believes that new and quality content can be created, which will create new memories.
