Until now, the NOC BIH has participated in 55 Multi-sport events in total:

14 Olympic Games – 7 Summer Olympic Games and 7 Winter Olympic Games
2 European Games
6 Youth Olympic Games (YOG) – 3 summer YOGs and 3 winter YOGs
24 European Youth Olympic Festivals (EYOF) – 13 summer EYOFs and 11 winter EYOFs
7 Mediterranean Games
2 Mediterranean Beach Games

The colors of the BIH flag were proudly represented by 469 athletes’ and over 150 coaches.

A total of 41 medals were won: European Games (3), Mediterranean Games (31), Youth Olympic Games (3), European Youth Olympic Festival (6). Those medals do not include those won on World and European Championships.
