Supervisory Board OC BIH

The Supervisory Board of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina is a body of the OC BiH that supervises the activity of the OC BiH, checks the legality of work and material and financial operations in the OC BiH and supervises the execution of decisions and conclusions of the General Assembly of the OC BiH and the Executive Committee of the OC BiH, and also implements checking compliance with established norms and acts of the OC BiH, and compliance with this Statute.

Court of Honor and Sports Arbitration OC BiH

The Court of Honor and Sports Arbitration was established as an independent body. As the Court of Sports Arbitration and the highest authority in sports in Bosnia and Herzegovina, it decides on the request for an extraordinary review of the decisions of the National Sports Federations of Bosnia and Herzegovina against which other means of legal protection have been exhausted or do not exist, and performs other tasks determined by the Statute, the rulebook on procedure and other acts of the OC BiH and the Court of Honor and Sports Arbitration.

The Court of Honor and Sports Arbitration gives legal opinions in this domain at the request of the Executive Committee of OC BiH. As a Court of Honor, it resolves disputes related to the violation of the Statute, the Olympic Charter by an individual, as well as in cases of violation of the dignity of the OC BiH, misconduct by a member of the General Assembly of the OC BiH, the Presidency of the OC BiH, the Executive Committee of the OC BiH or one of the professionals working in the OC BiH and in cases of conflict of interest in the OC BiH.
