Merima Čelik, is the best soccer player in Bosnia and Herzegovina and a referee who has recently been in the first group of UEFA women's referees, now after the U-19 qualifying tournament, she has received a new task, and she will referee the qualification match for the European Women's Championship.

In addition to UEFA's trust, Merima also received a FIFA badge in 2017, which ranks her among the best regional female referees.

Merima Tanović and Tamara Došen will assist her at the Euro qualifiers, while Vesna Miletić was chosen as the fourth referee.

This is a great success for Bosnia and Herzegovina, and we are happy that through the Erasmus+ EU project "Woman4Sport", which is extremely important considering that it encourages and promotes women's equality and the removal of cultural barriers in all segments of sport, we can present good practices in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
