At a time when sport is becoming an increasingly important factor in shaping the identity of states and communities, understanding a country's sports system is the key to improving its effectiveness, or achieving sports success on the international stage. The monograph "Olympic Sports System of Bosnia and Herzegovina" offers a unique and detailed insight into the work of the most important actors of the Olympic sports system of Bosnia and Herzegovina - the sports federations of BiH.

The research conducted within the monograph was modeled on the methodology of the International Olympic Committee for evaluating the work of sports organizations, and offers specific recommendations for sports federations of BiH, in order to improve the sports system of our country together with the relevant ministries.
