Amel Tuka participated in the International Athletes' Forum
The President of the Olympians Commission of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Amel Tuka, attended the International Athletes Forum held recently in Lausanne, Switzerland. This annual event brought together over 400 athlete representatives from around the world, providing a platform for exchange of experiences and discussion on key issues relevant to athletes.
Amel Tuka, as a representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina, actively participated in discussions and workshops that are significant for the further development of athletes and fostering international cooperation.
“The excellent organization of the Athletes Forum was an opportunity for all of us from Olympic committees to gain new knowledge and insights through workshops and discussions on doping, mental health, prevention of manipulation in competitions, social networks for athletes’ commissions, and sustainability, and to share these with our athletes. It was truly a pleasure to represent my athletes at such an important event,” said Amel Tuka.
Amel Tuka’s participation in this forum strengthened Bosnia and Herzegovina’s position in the international sports community and opened new opportunities for the development of domestic sports through international cooperation and the implementation of new knowledge and experiences.
