The fourth module of the Advanced Courses in Sports Management 2025, focusing on Financial and Project Management, was held today in the multimedia hall of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This module brought together 17 representatives of sports federations from Bosnia and Herzegovina. The program was designed by the International Olympic Committee as a top theoretical and practical platform to improve the work of sports organizations in the country.

The educational program runs from March to October 2025 and focuses on key areas that contribute to the development and more efficient organization of sports activities, including: regulation of Olympic sports organizations, strategic management, human resource management, finance, marketing, and sports event organization.

The next module scheduled is Marketing, which will be held at the beginning of July. Thanks to continuous education and support from the EOC EU Office, the knowledge gained will contribute to the expansion and practical application within the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Upon completing the program, all candidates will receive a diploma from the International Olympic Committee, representing a valuable proof of competencies for work in the sports sector worldwide.

This project further strengthens capacities and professionally equips domestic sports professionals for the challenges of modern sports and the international sports community.
