Our swimmer, Olympian Jovan Lekić, achieved the second best result in the history of Louisiana State University (LSU) at the intercollegiate competition held at the Gabrielsen Natatorium pools at the University of Georgia.

Jovan swam a fantastic 14:50.90 in the 1650-yard event, earning him 875 FINA points.

This achievement is a great prelude to the World Championships, which will be held from December 10 to 15, 2024 in Budapest. Jovan will compete in the 200-meter freestyle event, which is scheduled for the last day of the competition, December 15.
