OC BiH | Reception of medal winners from multi-sport competitions organized by OC BiH 2022
The Presidency of the OK BiH and the Executive Committee of the OK BiH hosted our best athletes, medal winners from MI "Oran 2022" and EYOF "Banska Bistrica 2022".
The reception was attended by our best swimmer Lana Pudar, who, after winning two gold medals at the Mediterranean Games in Oran, immediately added the historic gold medal from the European Senior Championships in Rome to her medal collection. In addition to Lana, the reception was attended by bronze medalists from the Mediterranean Games in Oran, from judo Larisa Cerić, Anđela Samardžić, Toni Miletić, from karate Hamza Turulja and Rijad Džuho, and our young and promising swimmer Iman Avdić, who won a bronze medal at the EYOF in Banska Bistrica 2022. Also present were coaches and selectors Damir Đedović, prof. dr. Branislav Crnogorac, Asmer Šeta, Šejla Sipović, and Evelin Avdić.
President of the OK BiH prof. dr. Milanko Mučibabić said: "Today is a special occasion in this house of sports because we have gathered the best athletes, medal winners in 2022, in one place. Our athletes showed us that their hard work and dedication resulted in extraordinary results and won medals, which was supported by the BiH Olympic Committee.
The Executive Committee of the BiH Olympic Committee awarded all the medal winners in accordance with their capabilities, and we hope that they will continue to achieve top results and win medals.
Currently, the BiH Olympic Committee is supporting the 13 best athletes in their efforts to achieve the Olympic norm for the Summer Olympic Games "Paris 2024" through Olympic scholarships in the amount of 625 USD for a duration of 32 months. The Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina has also created the "Program+" from sponsorship funds for the best of the best, among whom are currently Lana Pudar, Amel Tuka, Nedžad Husić, Larisa Cerić and Mesud Pezer.
It is important to point out that OK BiH does everything within its capabilities to help athletes in their lofty path to achieving top results and winning awards. We want to emphasize that this is the obligation of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as it is regulated in all countries in the surrounding area and in Europe.
The Olympic Games "Paris 2024" are ahead of us, and we wish our best athletes and Olympians good luck and success in the qualifying competitions to achieve the Olympic standard."

On this occasion, the coaches also spoke, who thanked for the reception and the efforts that the Olympic Committee of BiH invests in the realization of their program tasks and efforts to achieve the Olympic norm and participation in the biggest sports exhibition, the Summer Olympic Games "Paris 2024".
