As part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the 40th anniversary of the Winter Olympics in Sarajevo in 1984, our team has prepared the Work Report for the period 2023-2024. This report reflects the achievements, challenges, and perspectives of the Olympic Committee, with a focus on the development of sports in our country.

In the past period, we have significantly contributed to promoting Olympic values and supporting our athletes, and our commitment to building a strong sporting community remains unchanged. We faced many challenges but overcame them with determination and team spirit.

During this period, Olympic teams participated in four international multisport competitions:

- Summer EYOF Maribor 2023
- Mediterranean Beach Games Heraklion 2023
- Winter YOG Gangwon 2024
- Summer Olympic Games Paris 2024

In our efforts to improve the sports system of Bosnia and Herzegovina, we presented a major project titled **“Evaluation of the Olympic Sports System in Bosnia and Herzegovina”**. This study contains key recommendations and highlights the need for thoughtful planning and implementation of changes.

In the coming months, through this mandate report, we will present detailed information about our activities and achievements.

Finally, we would like to thank all bodies and organizations of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Olympians, top athletes, sports federations, relevant ministries, sponsors, partners, and volunteers who contributed to the development of sports in our country!
