Panel discussion on Olympic and Paralympic values
Honorary President of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Prof. Dr. Milanko Mučibabić, attended a panel discussion today on the topic of Olympic and Paralympic values. The event was organized by the Embassy of France in Bosnia and Herzegovina in cooperation with UN Women.
The panel discussion was held at the Museum of Contemporary Art of the Republika Srpska in Banja Luka and brought together notable participants and experts who discussed the importance of promoting equality, inclusion and universal values through sport.
Honorary President of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina welcomed the attendees on behalf of the Presidency of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Prof. Dr. Izet Radja and Vice-Presidents of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Davor Komšić and Vico Zeljković, and emphasized the importance of dialogue on the topic of Olympic and Paralympic values, which serve as fundamental guidelines for positive social change, both in and outside of sport.
This event represents another step towards raising awareness of the importance of sport as a means for social change and connecting communities.
