The President of the Olympic Committee of BiH, Prof. Dr. Sc. Izet Rađo, and the Rector of the "Džemal Bijedić" University in Mostar, Prof. Dr. Alena Huseinbegović, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation establishing a framework for joint development of sport.

Under the memorandum, the signatories commit to developing and deepening a partnership to strengthen relations aimed at educating elite athletes and developing Olympic sports, and to jointly support the organization of scientific and professional workshops, meetings of researchers and lecturers, and the inclusion of a future Sports-Education Center on the campus.

In addition to the signatories, the signing was attended by OK BiH Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Dr. Said Fazlagić; Vice-Rector for Finance Prof. Dr. Armina Hubana; Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Prof. Dr. Azra Špago; Vice-Rector for Science and Research Assoc. Prof. Dr. Amela Piralić; and Prof. Dr. Damir Đedović.
