In the multimedia hall of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the third module of the 2025 Advanced Courses in Sports Management was held, dedicated to human resources.

The module lasted two days and focused on human resource management, motivation, and team development in sports organizations. Guest lecturers included Dr. Sci. Fuad Čibukčić and Mr. Sci. Nazif Hasanbegović.

Seventeen representatives of the sports federations of Bosnia and Herzegovina are participating in the third edition of the Advanced Courses in Sports Management. This is a complex educational program designed by the International Olympic Committee, offering a high-quality theoretical and practical platform to improve the work of sports organizations.

The training will continue until October 2025 and consists of seven modules covering key areas such as strategic management, marketing, finance, sports event organization, and human resource management.
