From July 12 to 14, 2024, the Continental Blidinje BIKE Festival, the largest cycling festival in our country, was held in the beautiful Blidinje Nature Park.

The BiH Olympic Committee, as a special partner of the Continental Blidinje BIKE Festival, which gathers professional and amateur cyclists, children, recreationists, and entire families, recognized this event as key for the promotion of sports, tourism, and nature conservation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Cycling Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in cooperation with the International Cycling Federation (UCI), also organized training for UCI coaches. The education was held as part of the Continental Blidinje BIKE Festival, and the UCI sent its experts from Switzerland to Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to transfer their knowledge and experience to sports workers who are registered and active at the Bicycling Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina during eight days of lectures.

Education is of great importance for the development of cycling in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and at the ceremony, the diplomas were awarded by the President of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Prof. Dr. Izet Rađo, on behalf of the UCI - International Cycling Federation, Mr. Gerard Pegon, and the President of the Cycling Federation BiH Mr. Toni Zorić.

The BiH Cycling Federation has a clear vision for the future, and the BiH Olympic Committee will provide them with maximum support on that path.
